Our U.S. Company Formation Package
We provide a complete and transparent package to set up your LLC or Corporation in the United States:

Registered Agent: A legal requirement. Annual renewal cost: $100.

LLC or Corporation Filing: Officially takes up to 1 week, but in our experience is completed within 24 hours if all information is provided correctly.

EIN Application: Officially takes 2 weeks, but due to IRS backlogs may take up to 3 months.

Bank Account Support: We prepare all documentation you need to apply for a business bank account. Final approval is at the bank's discretion.

Business Address: A virtual business address with a lease contract. Cost: $20/month (first month free).

Mobile Number: We provide a mobile eSIM with a U.S. area code and a dedicated business number. The mobile number is free for the first year*. After that, you can cancel or continue with monthly payments. The business number is included with the business address.

Website & Email: A simple one-page website with hosting and one professional email address. Free for the first year*. Afterward, the cost is $20/month.

Accountant: Clients are responsible for appointing their own accountant or engaging one locally.
Cost: $5,000 setup fee + $20/month for the business address.

Our U.S. Company Formation Package

Dutch Company Formation (BV)
We also assist with the formation of a BV (Besloten Vennootschap) in the Netherlands, the Dutch equivalent of an LLC or Corporation.

Incorporation must be completed by a notary.

You will receive a Dutch tax number and the official documents required to open a Dutch bank account (final approval remains at the bank's discretion).

Package includes: one-page website with hosting and email (first year free*), a Dutch prepaid mobile number, and a one-year virtual business address. After the first year, the business address costs €200/month (continuation optional).

Clients are responsible for arranging their own accountant.
Cost: €6,500 one-time fee.
